A quinceañera is a Latina America tradition where a family celebrates the girl’s fifteenth birthday. The celebration usually marks the transition from childhood to young womanhood, and in some families, this fiesta is often more exciting and action-packed than a wedding!
In the video below, YouTuber Tiachata Luera posted a video of a precious moment that occurred at a girl named Jasmine’s quinceañera. In it, she shares a special dance with her Dad, a U.S. Marine. Jasmine is dressed in a beautiful light blue gown while Dad wears his uniform. It’s a touching moment as it is almost symbolic of a father-daughter dance at a wedding.
