11. While folklore has hinted that white Dobermans exist, there is no such thing as a white Doberman. There are, however, albino Dobermans, which explains a lot! You can see one in the photograph below.
12. In 1939, a mere 10 years after their inclusion in the competition, a Doberman won AKC best in show. At the time, such a feat was practically unheard of. Doesn’t this little guy look adorable?
13. Perhaps due to their lean frames, Dobermans absolutely hate the cold. You have to consider that, like humans with less fat on their bodies, the naturally slender breed has less insulation to keep them warm!
14. Dobermans are the 14th most popular dog in the U.S. They sit behind the: Maltese, miniature Schnauzer, Pomeranian, bull terrier, King Charles spaniel, English mastiff, Great Dane, pug, and Siberian husky, to name a few.
15. During WWII, the Doberman was the official war dog of the Marines. This is an obvious choice, because Marines are known for being extremely strong soldiers that value loyalty above all else, which is a trait that people commonly find in Dobermans.

My dobe is a female and my miniature is a male. Haha, a lot of people are more timid of my dobe but my miniature is SO much meaner!

Hahaha that’s funny! My min pin is the brains and the dobie is the brawn. They are so funny together.

My dobe is very active and wild and my min is very grumpy and hateful. My min won’t stand for strangers in the yard and god forbid they touch him.

Aww my min pin is super independent she doesn’t care at all if another person or dog is there unless it interferes with her plans
